Within Engineering Materials organization, the CIG and the E&E Market Department support the growth of the company by providing specialties products to our customer for specific applications as such, electrical, electronics or industrial goods.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Sales for CIG and E&E Markets, you will be in charge to develop specific countries, with the following main missions: 

 

  1. Define and/or deploy the commercial plans, programs and activities:

    • Develop and execute accounts plans, including forecast.

    • Coordinate order to ensure a coherent and commercial market and customer offering.

    • Develop forecast at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement at customers.

  2. Manage customers:

    • Maintain updated information about the customers and competitors within assigned perimeter and provide regularly local marketing information to Sales Manager and Marketing team.

    • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers in specific geographic area like Scandinavia, Ireland & UK, East Europe…

    • Plan and lead contract negotiations and close deals (product choice, pricing, service)

    • Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Develop a new customer portfolio in the region.

  3. Prospecting targets will be agreed with the management.

  4. Manage pricing and contracts:

    • Manage proactively pricing targets.

    • Manage credit management and cash collection issues.

  5. Manage products and innovation.

IHR PROFIL

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques

  • Proficiency in English

  • Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools

  • Awareness of EM product portfolio

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead

  • Team spirit

  • Experience in providing customer service  

  • Customer service orientation

  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
