Pricing expert (m/w/d)

Key accountablities

Reporting to EM Commercial Director, as the pricing expert you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share while maintaining competitive positioning. In collaboration with sales team, marketing and finance you will ensure pricing aligns with DOMO Chemicals objectives and market dynamics.

 Your responsibilities :

• You monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to adapt pricing approaches and provide pricing guidelines to sales team.
• You create value-based pricing models tailored to different customer segments, to new products and new applications.
• You prepare and lead pricing committee, including recommendations to senior management. 

• You work with the sales team to implement pricing strategies, you also ensure understanding and capturing market information.

  You collaborate with finance teams to factor in cost structures and identify opportunities for margin improvement through pricing adjustments.

• You ensure evolution of pricing tools following digital roadmap.
• You Implement agreed pricing strategy in systems (including floor price, target price).
• You review and approve pricing exceptions or special customer requests.

Qualifications and skills

You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, finance or Marketing, with an experience with pricing methodologies.
