As a member of the Innovation and R&D function so called in DOMO Application Center, you will collaborate with R&D project leaders and laboratory teams while working alongside the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities and applications in line with market trends and DOMO Chemicals Business strategy. You manage the market and customer driven activities of a portfolio of development projects and ensure internal and external promotional activities. You will work on segments like e-mobility, healthcare, sport & leisure or water management.
Your responsibilities:

You identify and develop new customers and prospects for the defined priority applications, leveraging DOMO’s expertise in polyamide solutions with existing or newly developed products or technologies.

You deploy the operational marketing plan on the identified and prioritized markets and/or applications, in order to support business growth and achieve the commercial roadmap targets

You support the sales organization in promotion and commercial deployment of new products and applications and execute external promotional activities in line with the communication plan

You establish and strengthen relationships across the value chain, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive collaboration and business growth.

You identify and select new product and application development projects to feed the short, mid and long-term innovation pipeline. Additionally, you foster, monitor, and coordinate the innovation pipeline with customers to ensure alignment with market needs and opportunities
Qualifications and skills

You hold a university degree in plastic, material or mechanical engineering or equivalent by experience

You have 5 to 10 years of commercial and marketing experience in the engineering plastics industry.
