If so, this is your opportunity to lead DOMO Chemicals’ Advanced Services team and shape the future of Engineered Materials innovation.
As Advanced Services Manager, you’ll lead the strategic development and deployment of DOMO’s advanced services, including Advanced Mechanics, Simulation, and Part Testing labs. You’ll ensure these services are customer-focused, commercially aligned, and a key differentiator for DOMO’s growth across markets. You act as an ambassador (internal and external) of our unique added value to innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development & Deployment: Define and drive the roadmap for Advanced Services. Align service portfolio and capabilities with DOMO’s growth ambitions and market needs.
- Customer & Commercial Alignment: Promote services internally to KAMs, TAMs, and OEM teams. Collaborate with Marketing and Segment Managers to embed services into innovation programs and campaigns.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee Advanced services operations, ensuring efficient project intake, delivery, and high standards of technical quality and data integrity.
- Technology & Investment: Drive adoption of new technologies (AI, analytics) to enhance simulation workflows. Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and prioritize investments in advanced equipment and software.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technicians. Foster a customer-driven mindset and strong HSE culture.
Qualifications and skills
You hold a Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering, and bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material characterization, CAE/simulation, or application testing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role with proven team management skills
- Experience in managing lab operations and technical service portfolios
- Exposure to international and multi-site environments
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial value
You also demonstrate:

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen and project management expertise
- Ability to drive change and adopt new technologies in lab environments

Fluency in English (C1 or higher); French or German is a plus
